The Role
* Making outbound B2B calls to our clients to collect the necessary documentation to process Capital Allowance claims
* Carrying out administration tasks on a daily basis
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience
* Deliver exceptional service with empathy, diligence, and speed, ensuring an impeccable client experience
Ideal Candidate
* Experience in a similar Account Manager role ideal but not essential (full training will be given)
* Self‑motivated, professional and a team player
* Able to build and develop excellent relationships with clients
* Confident and polite phone manner
* Reliable and resilient & able to work on their own, as well as part of a dynamic team
* Lots of energy, an enthusiastic approach and the desire to be the best!
