Job Role of the Occupational Health Advisor
A fantastic opportunity is available for an Occupational Health Advisor to join a market leader in the industry. The role involves maintaining and developing a career with a recently invested site that is a great place to work for health & safety professionals.
You will be responsible for carrying out fitness for work assessments, health surveillance and risk‑based occupational health checks. The Advisor will review and interpret reports, deliver occupational health guidance, analyse health data, and maintain accurate, confidential and compliant medical records.

Non‑Negotiable Requirements
* Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN
* Proven Occupational Health experience within a manufacturing or industrial setting
Requirements
* Specialist Occupational Health Training
* Strong case management and fitness for work assessment experience
* Confidence leading and supervising teams within a fast‑paced, regulated environment
* Ability to maintain accurate records and communicate effectively and efficiently
Desirable Requirements
* Experience working in a hazardous environment
