PLVE / EU Dentist Mentorship – Independent Practice – Location: Near Brighton
Join us as a PLVE / EU Mentee Dentist at a supportive, independent dental practice near Brighton. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a busy, well-established clinic with full diaries from day one, hands-on mentorship from the Principal, and excellent scope to grow your skills with strong private conversion potential.
About the Position
* Part-Time/Full-Time role available
* £12 per UDA during mentorship (increased rate upon completion)
* 1,000 UDAs per day worked per annum
* 50% split on private treatments
* Stable diary with 90% existing patients plus steady new flow
* Mentorship directly from the Principal/Owner (experienced Trainer)
* Excellent professional development opportunities
