Essential Skills
* Be able to analyse business problems, map out customer and colleague journeys, and articulate them into requirements to find appropriate solutions supporting business outcomes and delivery timelines.
* Have good stakeholder management skills, able to present information to senior stakeholders in an informed manner, and provide recommendations based on analysis.
* Have a good knowledge of wider programmes within their sub-function, understand how work intertwines, and liaise with colleagues across other functions to deliver results.
Desirable Skills
* Having good technical knowledge of virtual products and services.

Accountabilities
* Identify and analyze business problems and client requirements requiring change within the organization.
* Develop business requirements to address these problems and opportunities.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure proposed solutions meet their needs.
* Support the creation of business cases justifying investments.
* Conduct feasibility studies on proposed solutions.
* Support reports on project progress to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
* Create operational and process designs to ensure solutions are delivered within scope.
* Assist in change management activities, including developing traceability matrices to ensure successful implementation and embedding of solutions.
