Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off | 6:00 am – 6:00 pm (12-hour shifts)

Our client, a well-established manufacturing business based in West Bromwich, is looking for a reliable General Operative to join their team. This is a hands-on role in a busy production environment, perfect for someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities:

Rounding door edges to ensure smooth finishes

Cleaning laminate doors to maintain quality standards
*
Filling doors in line with production requirements
*
Supporting the team to meet daily production targets
Requirements:

Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not essential
*
Strong attention to detail
*
Reliability and a good work ethic
*
Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a 4 on, 4 off rota
