Cleaning Supervisor
Location: IKEA Leeds, Birstall
Pay: 13.21 p/h
Shift: Fri-Tues 5.00am-11:30am (30 min un-paid break) 5 Days a week. Weds & Thurs are days off.
A fantastic opportunity has arisen within Bidvest Noonan for a Cleaning Supervisor who will work at our client's prestigious site.
This is a position that will suit an organised and energetic individual with great leadership skills as well as passion for cleaning and for people and likes to be hands-on.
Duties as a Cleaning Supervisor:
* Fully understand specification and implement on site
* Understand KPI/SLA's and achieve these on a monthly basis
* Support with cleaning, additional work and recycling if required
* Understanding of all Site Cleaning Managers responsibilities and completing these in the managers absence
* Support with training, toolbox talks, job charts, competency based assessments, self certs and return to works
* Ensuring strong working relationship with operatives
* Managing core team to ensure best performance and expectations being met, rota's/scheduling being followed
Job role requirements as a Cleaning Supervisor
* Supervisor or Team Leader experience (Cleaning industry preferable)
* Must have a good understanding of industrial cleaning and great communication skills to support cleaning operatives
* Must have experience in corporate environment
* Highly flexible hand's on attitude with a demonstrated willingness to take on a responsible approach to any issues
* Excellent communication skills
* Organisational and time-management skills
* Be a team player with the ability to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationships
* Comfortable working alone and in a team
* Ability to prioritise and manage an ever-changing workload
* Computer literate
