Are you a passionate chef with a talent for crafting authentic pizzas from scratch? We’re looking for an experienced Agency Pizza Chef to join our team, working on a regular basis every Friday and Saturday at a beautiful country hotel in Stroud.
The Role:
You’ll take the lead on all things pizza - from making the dough to designing and cooking your own menu. This is a unique opportunity to showcase your creativity in a relaxed, high-quality kitchen environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Preparing fresh pizza dough and sauces from scratch
Designing and executing a rotating pizza menu using fresh, seasonal ingredients
Cooking pizzas to order using a traditional oven setup
Maintaining high hygiene and food safety standards
Working independently and managing a smooth service for guests
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience making fresh pizzas in a kitchen setting
* Ability to work independently with confidence
* Creative flair and enthusiasm for food
* A flexible, reliable, and professional approach
* Level 2 Food Hygiene (preferred)
