this role is responsible for ensuring we remain top of mind, generating more buzz / talkability and brand fame than ever before in socials, driving footfall to our restaurants and delivery app to grow covers & LFL sales.
you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and execution of the brandâs social media presence across all platforms. working closely with the marketing team, internal creative team and external agency partners, this role ensures consistent, high-quality content that reflects the brandâs positioning, integrates with our multi-channel campaigns, drives guest engagement, and supports commercial objectives
what you'll do|
* develop and execute our annual + monthly social media plan, with platform-specific strategies across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and emerging platforms
* define and maintain our content / calendar plan by week by month and ensure timely delivery of posts aligned to campaigns, launches and key moments
* brief in content required for social to the creative team and/or agency ensuring relevant to the channel and strategy, managing monthly shoots to generate consistent, food-first content
* capture and edit content where applicable, in partnership with creative team and/or agency
* guardian of the brandâs social tone of voice, personality and visual identity
* Identify authentic opportunities for cultural commentary or trend-driven content that enhances brand visibility + relevance and create/brief team to create content
* oversee budgets, monitor performance + ROI to deliver monthly + campaign reports
* assist in coordinating influencer and content partnerships
* day to today management of our community management agency, briefing on brand activations + messaging, advising on queries + escalating where needed
what you'll need |
* 2-3 years of experience in social media management
* strong organisational + project management skills
* service minded + guest focused
* creative thinking
* high attention to detail
* team player with strong communication skills
* agile + responsive in a fast-paced environment
* experience with scheduling/reporting platforms
