We are looking for Speech & Language Therapists to join our Workforce Solutions team to work "bank" shifts at Provide. This role is based in Chelmsford but will require travelling across Essex. Main duties of the job We are looking for speech and language therapists to work across a range of pathways, including speech, social communication, complex needs and language. The post holder will be supported to excel in working independently and enjoy delivering therapy to children and young people in a variety of settings. They will be supported to work independently, as well as part of a team. They will have experience of working with children with speech, language and communication difficulties (which includes student placements). They will also provide training (in-person or virtually) to nursery and school staff and parents as required. This position requires a Speech and Language Therapist with experience working with people on the Autistic Spectrum Continuum and a sound knowledge of Alternative and Augmentative Communication Aids.
