Then we would like to hear from you!About the role: We are looking for a full time (37 hours) Business Manager (Adult Social Care) within our Business Management Team in Adult Social Care. In this key role, you will be the strategic lead for data governance, quality assurance, and performance insight across the ASC service. Reporting to the Head of Adult Social Care Services and Business Development, you’ll ensure that the right data is driving the right decisions. You will be responsible for: leading the design and monitoring of robust data and quality systems to support compliance, service improvement, and strategic decision-making.integrate data from multiple sources while maintaining quality.championing a culture of continuous quality improvement and embedding Quality Assurance processes that support safe, effective, and person-centred services.develop and implement quality assurance plans and protocols.collaborating with senior leaders and operational teams to ensure performance dashboards, audits, and data reporting are aligned to service priorities.acting as the quality assurance lead in business continuity, governance, and inspection readiness activities across the directorate.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality initiatives and best practices.Implement corrective actions to address identified issues and enhance overall quality.
