Multiskilled Shift Lead (Electrical Bias) Salary: £60k+

I am recruiting an experienced Multiskilled Shift Lead (Electrical Bias) to join a critical, high-profile commercial site. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong technical knowledge and proven shift management experience.
Key Requirements:
* Electrical bias with strong HVAC knowledge
* Extensive building services experience
* Proven leadership / shift lead experience
* Authorised Person (AP) status highly desirable
Duties:
* Lead engineers on shift
* PPMs, fault finding, and reactive maintenance
* Ensure compliance and safe systems of work
