The OPRA Group has a great opportunity for a Supply Chain and Shipping Coordinator to join a growing team.
This is a Permanent – Full-Time role (Monday – Friday 09:00 – 18:00 with 1 day working from home)
Role Duties:
* Coordinating between Supply Chain, export, and Shipping Departments
* Responding to Customers regarding shipping delays and offering solutions.
* Daily checks on pending orders resolving any issues to ensure smooth operations.
* Investigating discrepancies effectively keeping Customers informed.
* Monitoring key metrics, analysing data.
* Implementing processes to improve efficiency.
Supply Chain and Shipping Coordinator - Essential Skills & Experience Required:
* 1-2 years in Supply chain or shipping
* Experience in FMCG industry or similar.
Supply Chain and Shipping Coordinator - Key Requirements:
* Experience using SAP system would be an advantage.
* Flexible and willing to learn new ways of working.
* Analytical
