At the heart of the university’s digital environment, the ICT Department is dedicated to delivering responsive and customer-focused support to all staff and students. We provide secure, reliable, and robust technologies that enable teaching, research, and administration to thrive. Our team champions the creative and innovative use of technology to enhance the user experience and drive adoption and continuous improvement across the institution.
We are seeking an Enterprise Systems Manager to join our ICT department and lead a talented team of Analyst Developers and Junior Analyst Developers. This role combines team management with hands-on technical oversight, requiring you to balance strategic planning with delivery. You will collaborate closely with departments across the University, ensuring that enterprise systems meet business requirements, align with architectural standards, and support the institution’s long-term digital strategy. Your leadership will foster a positive, high-performing team culture and drive continuous improvement across the Enterprise Systems team.

5. Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build strong relationships across the organisation
6. Experience in planning and leading major system upgrades, including risk mitigation and change management strategies
7. Strong understanding of technical best practices in development, integration, and deployment of enterprise systems
8. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
