The role will involve defining Modern Work strategies aligned to business outcomes (productivity, employee experience, security) and will partner with senior stakeholders to understand collaboration, productivity, and digital workplace challenges.

Your Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant (Modern Work) to design scalable Microsoft 365 solutions across collaboration, communication, and employee experience platforms. The role will involve defining target architectures for Microsoft 365 tenants, including identity, device management, and security.

* 5 Years + in the Microsoft partner ecosystem
* The ability to lead the implementation and configuration of Microsoft 365
* Experience of migrations from legacy systems to Microsoft 365 (email, files, collaboration platforms)
* Strong configuration skills including identity and access management (Entra ID), endpoint management (Intune), and security controls
* Integration skills including Microsoft 365 with Power Platform, and third-party tools.
Certification in MS-102 or MS-721 is advantageous but not essential.
We’re looking for someone who can improve employee experience through digital workplace design and drive user adoption strategies and change management initiatives to maximise ROI from Microsoft 365.
