We have a unique opportunity for a RICS accredited Surveyor to join our team in a future leadership role as our long serving department head prepares for retirement. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Commercial or Rural Property Surveyor to join us in a key position and help shape the future of our commercial property department
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee all aspects of commercial property agency, management, and surveying.
* Manage sales, lettings, property management, and valuations.
* Provide expert advice on landlord and tenant matters, rating, and development.
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
* Lead and mentor a talented team of surveyors.
Our Ideal Candidate:
* MRICS qualified with at least 6 years' post-qualification experience.
* Proven track record in commercial property agency and management.
* Strong leadership skills and a passion for mentoring.
* Confident in communication and negotiation.
* A commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
