Scope of the Function We are looking for a Marketing Assistant, based at HPW and reporting to Maeve Taylor - Head of Marketing.

Please note this vacancy is a Permanent position. We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Marketing and Events Assistant to support the Marketing Team. You will be reporting to the Head of Marketing and supporting the team as we enhance brand visibility, engage our target audience, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the planning and execution of online and offline marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
* Support in the planning, delivery and analysis of our global event calendar.
* Support Marketing in the execution of our attendance at global exhibitions, regional events and partner conferences.
* Work as part of a team to develop and organise photo and video shoots.
* Work closely with internal team members to support them when attending partner events.
* Work closely with internal teams (sales, product, design) to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
* Own the file and asset management for marketing.
* Create and develop marketing collateral and branded goods for events.
* Support other Commercial departments, when required.
Essential Background and Skills
* Degree in Marketing, Events, Communications, or related field.
* Experience in events.
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage projects simultaneously.
* Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Can do and positive attitude when faced with challenges
Desirable
* Experience working with the Military or First Responder industries.
* Experience working in an international environment across multiple time zones and cultures.
* Graphic design experience
