a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Production Assistant to join our External Relations team. You will share the School’s values, bringing energy, enthusiasm and a sharp intellect to the role. Reporting to the Digital and Multimedia Manager, the Digital Production Assistant will support the preparation, typesetting, and publication of the School’s research papers, reports, and other branded materials. The role will involve a balance of administrative coordination and hands-on production support, ensuring all content — whether print or digital — is delivered accurately, on time, and to a high standard. About you You will work closely with colleagues across the External Relations team, contributing to the production of research publications, digital and print communications, and internal materials. You will build strong working relationships with the School’s faculty and students to support the publication of their work. A strong grasp of written English, a meticulous eye for detail, and a commitment to publication quality are essential. Familiarity with layout and typesetting tools (such as Adobe InDesign or Word templates for publication design) would be an advantage.
