Responsibilities
1. Monitor and review performance of operational renewable energy sites via online monitoring portals
2. Identify faults and system underperformance, diagnosing issues and coordinating solutions
3. Review site inspection reports and provide technical feedback
4. Collate operational data and manage compliance schedules
5. Prepare and issue performance reports to clients following inspections or fault identification
6. Provide performance analysis and recommend operational improvements
7. Liaise with clients, Distribution Network Operators (DNOs), landowners, engineers, and external consultants
8. Coordinate with O&M teams and track progress of remedial works
Essential Requirements
9. Minimum 1 year's experience working on the operation of commercial Solar PV systems
10. Methodical and process-driven approach
11. Strong organisational and communication skills
12. Solution-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
13. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
14. Full UK Driving Licence
Desirable Skills
15. CAD experience
16. Broader renewable energy industry knowledge (Solar PV and/or Wind)
17. Degree qualified in Renewable Energy, Engineering, or similar discipline
