Key Responsibilities
1. Training and development across sites.
2. Maintaining consistency of food quality throughout all outlets.
3. Fostering a healthy, fun, and productive work environment with high staff morale.
4. Leading and training staff effectively.
5. Completing administrative duties efficiently.
6. Supplier negotiations, menu development, and tastings.
7. Recruitment, training, and development of team members.
8. Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene legislation.
9. Producing training and SOP manuals.
10. Applying strong business acumen to ensure commercial and financial success.
Qualifications & Skills
* Natural leadership qualities.
* Proven training and development skills.
* Up-to-date knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene legislation.
* Ability to produce manuals and SOPs.
* Financial and commercial awareness.
Salary & Benefits
£55,000 per annum plus £10,000 OTE bonus and equity options.
