We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. Responsibilities
* Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
* Answer and direct phone calls with excellent phone etiquette.
* Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and postal mail.
* Maintain an organised reception area, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming at all times.
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
* Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for staff members.
* Handle clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
* Utilise Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for various administrative tasks.
* Support financial operations by using QuickBooks for invoicing and record keeping as needed.
Qualifications
* Previous office experience is essential, with a background in administrative roles being highly advantageous.
* Proficient computer skills, including typing speed and accuracy.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets).
* Experience with QuickBooks is desirable but not mandatory.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
