Do you have experience managing customer technical accounts and acting as the interface between quality product delivery across the supply chain?
This role involves hosting customer site visits and deputising for the TSM and Technical Director when needed.
Managing major retailer accounts such as Tesco, ASDA, JS, and Morrisons, along with Foodservice customers like Pret, Zizi, and M&B, as well as B2B clients, will help you build confidence and deepen your technical knowledge.
Internally, your knowledge of products, retailer codes of practice, and technical standards will be shared across the business. You will help develop training programs for staff and work with functional managers to achieve optimal outcomes, aiming for BRC AA standards.
Your daily responsibilities include ensuring policies and procedures related to HACCP, product safety, QMS, and regulations are in place; maintaining accurate product and material specifications; and liaising with relevant stakeholders for updates.
This is a key senior role with potential for growth, additional responsibilities, and opportunities to work closely with and deputise for the Technical Director.
