Yard Operator - PaisleyThe successful candidate will operate the yard at our Paisley site. You will also be responsible for loading and unloading vehicles, sorting and segregating waste types. Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out all duties in accordance with relevant safety, health, environmental, quality and legislative requirementsMaintain housekeeping at acceptable standardsEnsure the efficient operation of plant and equipment from start up to shut downEnsure tanks/ vessels/reactors are loaded correctlyProcess to batch specificationsWork to deadlinesCommunicate with Site Management to maximise process capacityCommunicate effectively with Lab staff for process requirementsReport equipment defects promptly to management/Site EngineerEnsure delivery/dispatch vehicles are dealt with promptly Operate plant ensuring maximum efficiency and throughputEnsure all material within working area is suitably packaged and stored.Cover in any other areas of site for which you have been trained as and when required. This is not an exhaustive list.
