The Role: PAINTING Site Supervisor (Manchester)
We're looking for an experienced and motivated PAINTING Site Supervisor to join our growing team, for painting works on a prestige project.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about delivering high-quality work, maintaining strong client relationships, and supervising teams with professionalism and care.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise day-to-day site painting operations and ensure works are delivered on time and to budget
* Liaise effectively with clients and internal teams
* Organise and coordinate labour, materials, and equipment as per project needs
* Ensure work is completed to a high standard and in line with company expectations
* Uphold health & safety protocols and always ensure compliance
* Supervise and support site operatives and subcontractors
* Maintain accurate site records and supervise client instructions effectively
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience as a Site Supervisor with painting experience.
* Solid understanding of technical aspects of site.
* Good IT skills preferable
* Strong supervisory, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Confident supervising multiple projects and site teams simultaneously
* SMSTS certification and a valid UK driving licence (both essential)
