What You Will Do
Step into a key role where you’ll empower customers and partners across EMEA to get the very best from our market‑leading Security Products. You’ll deliver engaging technical training—both onsite and remote—and continuously enhance our training materials, labs, and documentation. You’ll also take the lead on professional services activities, from commissioning and upgrades to migrations and system optimisation. Acting as a trusted technical expert, you’ll guide customers through complex deployments, support escalations, and deliver valuable knowledge‑transfer sessions. Working closely with Sales, Engineering, and Technical Support, you’ll help drive product adoption and ensure an outstanding customer experience. Travel across EMEA (with occasional trips beyond) adds variety and scope to this exciting role.

What We Look For
Required:
8. Experience with JCI Security Products such as Software House, American Dynamics, or equivalent competitor systems
9. Background in technical training OR experience presenting to large groups
10. Professional Services experience within installation, commissioning or system optimisation
11. Excellent English communication skills and the ability to work confidently in multilingual, multicultural environments.
12. Proven success supporting large multinational end users, along with a collaborative, proactive approach
Preferred:
Additional European languages or Arabic are advantageous
