Junior Account Manager
Reading (Hybrid)
£30,000 plus 25% commission (quarterly)

They are scaling quickly, and now they’re hiring a Junior Account Manager to join their Learning team in Reading. This is a role that sits somewhere between customer success and account management, so is ideal for someone with commercial experience who enjoys building relationships and driving customer value.
About the Role
1. Manage and nurture customer relationships, acting as a trusted partner to help clients get real value from our learning solutions.
2. Support the customer journey end-to-end, ensuring smooth onboarding, engagement, and ongoing adoption.
3. Identify commercial opportunities, renewals, and upsells.
4. Work closely with sales, content, and customer support teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
5. Use HubSpot to track activity, customer interactions, and pipelines.
6. Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, customer communications, and engagement initiatives.
