You will play a pivotal role in driving service excellence, maximising profitability, ensuring contractual compliance, and developing high performing teams.What you'll do:Drive operational and financial performance, ensuring contracts consistently achieve agreed budgets, KPIs, and service standards.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, delivering exceptional customer experiences and high levels of satisfaction.Lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams, creating an engaged culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Ensure full compliance with contractual requirements, health and safety legislation, company policies, and audit standards.Manage regional budgets, forecasts, and cost controls to maximise profitability while maintaining service excellence.Monitor performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement innovative solutions that enhance efficiency, quality, and customer outcomes.Conduct regular service reviews and performance assessments to ensure contractual obligations and SLAs are consistently achieved.Champion a positive health, safety, and wellbeing culture across all sites.Support business growth by identifying opportunities to expand services, strengthen client partnerships, and deliver added value.Drive continuous improvement initiatives that improve operational effectiveness, strengthen compliance, and exceed client expectations.What you bring:EssentialFull UK Driving Licence (must be over 25 for insurance purposes)Proven operational management experience within a multi-site or complex service environment.Strong leadership and people management skills with experience managing diverse teams.Commercially astute with the ability to interpret financial data and manage budgets effectively.Excellent client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.Strong organisational and planning abilities with experience managing multiple priorities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.Self motivated, resilient, and able to work independently while supporting wider business objectives.DesirableIOSH Managing Safely qualification.Experience within Defence, Government, Facilities Management, or outsourced service contracts.Experience balancing client and customer expectations within a complex operational environment.What we offer:Working with Sodexo is more than a job; it's a chance to be part of something greater.
