We are currently looking for one part time and one full time hotel receptionist
to join us at Fonab Castle Hotel & Spa in Perthshire, Scotland.
In addition to offering a salary of £12.21 per hour, we provide a fantastic

The Role:

Provide an efficient and friendly check in and out
service
·
Answer telephone calls promptly and direct calls
efficiently
·
Process out of hours reservations enquiries
·
Provide hotel and local information to guests as
required
·
Complete end of shift procedures
·
Assist the reservations team with administration as
required
·
Ensure the front desk is kept presentable and
manned at all times
·
Assist in hotel fire evacuations
·
Deal with any guest issues promptly and rectify
where possible
The Person:
·
Previous experience of working in a similar role
would be preferred, but is not essential as full training can be provided
·
Hospitality experience is preferred but not
essential
·
No qualifications necessary, however a basic
understanding of Maths and English is required
·
Strong customer service skills, an attention to
detail and good communication skills are vital
·
Must be smart and well presented
·
Ability to work well as a member of the team and
hotel family
·
