You will need to have experience in a similar role in a Local Authority Housing setting. Details: We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic property manager with keen professional instincts to help us to manage and improve the way we look after our commercial and community estate. Working in a supportive, professional, and high-profile team, you will be responsible for a caseload of landlord and tenant and estates management work as appropriate to your level of experience and expertise. An initial caseload will be working through a backlog of rent reviews and lease renewals and bringing them up-to-date.
