About the role
This is a fixed-term position for 12 months. We offer hybrid working and flexible arrangements can be discussed.
The L&D team is implementing Workday LMS as part of a global HRIS rollout. You will support the EMEA L&D Manager in delivering activities related to system setup and processes. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain international experience by liaising with colleagues across Europe, the US, and Asia-Pacific.
Your responsibilities
* Gather and analyze current system data and requests, manage duplication and archiving of data and courses, and create a training register.
* Consult and collaborate with stakeholders locally, regionally, and globally to evaluate development requirements and update system descriptions.
* Define LMS user roles and permissions, create custom paths, and manage maintenance activities.
* Publish learning items in the catalogue and maintain it (versioning, archiving, corrections).
* Support training of local HR and key system administrators; be the main contact for technical or usability troubleshooting.
* Map key milestones and project activities to ensure implementation plans stay on track.
Your qualifications and skills
* Experience with Workday LMS, ideally in a technical implementation role (other LMS systems considered).
* Education/certification or equivalent experience in Digital/IT, Analytics, HR, or related fields.
* Strong analytical and data gathering skills, especially with large data volumes.
* Knowledge of learning styles and methods.
* Knowledge of e-Learning software preferred.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with BI and analytical tools is advantageous.
