About the role We are looking for a motivated and professional Operations Support Administrator to join our Deal Operations team within Business Sales / M&A. This is an office-based role, where you will play a key part in supporting deal processes. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to build a long-term career in Operations & Administration within the Business Sales and M&A industry. You don’t need direct industry experience — full training is provided, and you will learn directly from our experienced team. Progression is central to our culture. Our Managing Director, Victoria Hughes, joined the business in 2007 as a telesales executive and has grown with the company to reach the very top. Her journey reflects the opportunities available for ambitious people who want to succeed. Key Responsibilities: Processing enquiries and NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements) from our third party marketing portals. Upload, manage, and maintain business adverts across third-party marketing portals. Ensure listings are accurate, compliant, and up to date with approved content. Work proactively to meet or exceed individual and team performance targets. Manage workload effectively to ensure service levels are maintained during peak periods. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM database. Liaise with both clients and buyers to approve the release of marketing information. Skills / Requirements: Excellent attention to detail. Brilliant communication skills both internal and external contacts. Strong team player. Good time management skills. High efficiency rates.
