Lexus Reserve Administrator
* Salary Dependent on experience
* Approx 4-month FTC
* Hybrid working (3 days per week in the office)
* Near Epsom Surrey

Are you highly organised, customer-focused, and confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a proactive and professional Lexus Reserve Administrator to join a prestigious automotive brand on an exciting interim contract basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the heart of a premium customer experience team, supporting Lexus EV customers through the innovative Lexus Reserve programme while also coordinating Certificates of Conformity requests.
What you’ll be doing:
* Managing customer requests for Lexus Reserve vehicle bookings
* Coordinating vehicle supply and logistics with customers, retailers, and partners
* Handling customer communication via phone, email, and internal systems
* Completing and dispatching Certificates of Conformity documentation
* Monitoring bookings, reporting activity, and maintaining accurate records
* Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and enhancing the customer journey
* Delivering exceptional customer service in line with Lexus brand values
What We’re Looking For
* Strong administration and organisational skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Customer-centric mindset with a professional and personable approach
* Ability to multitask and work independently
* Confident using PC systems and managing accurate data
* Previous customer service, retail, call centre, or automotive experience would be advantageous
