This market-leading, luxury goods retail business boasts a well-respected and instantly recognisable brand.
Expanding via ongoing investment and continued sales growth, this highly successful business is now seeking a charismatic Financial Controller.
Reporting to the CFO, who reports to the CEO, the role will include:
1. Managing day-to-day finance, leading a team of c10 talented finance professionals across Finance, Payroll, FP&A, and Digital Transformation
2. Oversee all aspects of financial management, including reporting, audits, tax compliance, payroll, and executive reporting
3. Driving profitability analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
4. Ownership of all operational aspects of finance across the Balance Sheet, P&L and Cashflow
5. Lender Reporting - Covenant reporting
6. Statutory reporting - working with external advisors
7. Ensuring the appropriate financial control environment is in place
8. Leading the development and improvement of processes, controls and systems
9. Variance analysis and reporting on trends
10. KPI Reporting
11. Oversight of capital expenditure on monthly and ad hoc basis
12. Reviewing and authorising relevant areas, i.e. POs and Expenses, refunds, allowances, and banking transactions as required by Company policy
