Job Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced Manual Paint Sprayer to join a well-established team in the Kings Norton area. This is a full-time position offering stable hours across various shifts. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in manual spray painting, with a strong eye for detail and commitment to quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and masking.
Apply paint using manual spray equipment to a variety of surfaces and components.
Ensure high-quality finishes and adherence to specifications.
Maintain spray equipment and ensure a clean working environment.
Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a manual paint sprayer is essential.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good attention to detail and quality control.
Willingness to work across different shifts.
