Partner Recruitment Assistant
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading, prestigious law firm in London as a Partner Recruitment Assistant. The role is an integral part of the Partner Recruiting & Integration team, providing administrative support for lateral partner and counsel hiring activities, including scheduling interviews and collating feedback. The position is based in the London office and may offer a flexible working arrangement with a hybrid schedule.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare initial drafts of correspondence for lateral partner and counsel candidates, confirming interview arrangements and related logistics.
* Book conference rooms and organize video links for interviews.
* Liaise directly with candidates and/or headhunters, as well as partners and colleagues across departments.
* Maintain candidate databases and trackers, ensuring data accuracy and correcting errors as needed.
* Research and leverage technology solutions to improve efficiency.
* Assist with preparing reports and summaries for leadership on recruitment activity and candidate progress.
* Support onboarding processes for new partners and counsel, ensuring smooth integration into the firm.
