We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team in our St Clears office
Working as part of our Domestic Online Team, our Customer Service Advisors work in a fast-paced environment and face different challenges every single day. Through high performance and putting our customers first, our Customer Service Advisors have great prospects for progression and additional training opportunities.
Our Customer Service Advisors are responsible for maintaining the relationships of our Online domestic customer base. Handling inbound calls and emails, you’ll be responsible for the customer journey and ensuring each account is maximised to its full potential. The customers you will assist in this role are our Online customers & buying group clients, so great communication skills and customer focus is essential.

Are you a Certas Energy Customer Service Advisor? We’re looking for:
* Minimum of 6 months in a customer service environment or similar
* No sales experience necessary as full training will be given
* Strong negotiation skills are desirable
* Confidence in own ability
* Ability to handle objections
* Ability to work with autonomy
* Resilient, persistent and tenacious
