We have an exciting opportunity to shape the sales function within a growing IT Support Company based in Cambridge. We’re looking for a motivated, proactive Sales Executive to drive new business, build strong client relationships, and support their company growth. You’ll work closely with senior leadership and have the opportunity to develop your role—and potentially a future sales team—from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities IT Sales:

* Identify and convert new business opportunities across key sectors

* Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and close deals

* Attend networking events and represent the business professionally

* Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth project handover

* Maintain CRM records, track pipeline, and report on performance

* Contribute to sales strategy and marketing initiatives

What We’re Looking For IT Sales:

* Proven B2B sales or account management experience (in tech/support or services)

* Confident communicator with strong negotiation and presentation skills

* Able to build long-term client relationships and understand market trends

* Self-driven, commercially minded, and eager to make a real impact

* Full UK driving licence required
