Client Overview We're supporting a leading UK-based manufacturer of sensor technology for industrial manufacturing processes. Their systems are installed globally across process industries, and they’re now looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join their close-knit, expert team. Job Responsibilities * Provide technical to customers, resellers, and integrators. * Visiting customer sites in the UK (monthly) and internationally (2–3 times a year) to test and evaluate sensor performance. * Conducting product testing, materials analysis, and system integration to ensure application suitability. * Assisting in the development of installation procedures, technical guides, and training documentation. * Run training sessions and supporting product demonstrations both remotely and in person. * Feedback valuable insight to the internal R&D team on performance and product improvements. Skill Required * A background in industrial machinery and/or manufacturing, process instrumentation, or sensor/control systems. * Degree, HND, or Level 5 Apprenticeship in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems, or related field. * Able to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams. * Professional, and confident in both written and verbal communication. * Comfortable visiting customer sites and adapting to varied environments. * Experience writing technical documentation,...
