Pertemps Sheffield are currently recruiting for experienced Customer Service Advisors to join the team of one of our long-standing, Chesterfield based clients, Royal Mail, within their fleet department.
Your main duties will include:
1. Dealing with vehicle repair requests via email, deciding on the quickest and most cost-effective repair route
2. Inbox management
3. Database management
4. Arranging vehicle movements
5. VOR chasing (vehicle off the road)
Desirable Experience:
1. Motor claims experience
2. Experience working within the accident repair industry
3. Experience working within a Fleet environment
Essential Experience:
1. Proficient in all Microsoft applications, including Excel and Outlook
2. Experience working in a fast-paced administrative team
3. Professional and confident telephone manner
4. Ability to work off own initiative
Working Hours, Pay Rate and Other Information:
You will be required to work on a rotational shift pattern of 6am-2pm and 8am-4pm, Monday to Friday. There will also be the requirement to work 1 in 4 Saturdays, which will be rota’d. Your rate of pay will be £12.98 per hour and the assignment is being offered on a temporary ongoing basis.
The role will require you to be based in the office at least 3 days per week, however you will need to spend the full week in the office during your training.
The office location is Chesterfield, S40 1AA so you must be able to commute here reliably.
