As a Chef Manager, you will organise and supervise the unit, ensuring the overall efficient and effective management of the operation while providing a quality service.
Responsibilities include preparation, cooking, and service of food to meet standards and specifications, as well as the efficient use of resources including stock, labour, and assets.

* Promote a safety culture, ensuring adherence to all Health & Safety policies (e.g., Food Handling, Manual Handling, COSHH).
* Take a hands-on approach to food production across all service areas.
* Ensure all equipment is safe and report faults promptly.
* Manage food service delivery efficiently, maintaining quality standards and timeliness to ensure a consistent customer experience.
* Develop and improve client and customer relationships.

* Proven experience as a Chef Manager.
* Passion for food.
* Excellent client relationship, people management, and communication skills.
* Highly motivated and financially aware, capable of managing P&L.
* Committed to high standards of food and service quality.
* Friendly, approachable, and capable of team development.
