Norse Group's HR department offers an excellent opportunity for an HR Advisor to join our team at our Head Office in Norwich.
Position details
* 37 hours per week.
* Salary £25,545.64 - £28,054.
* Full‑time, permanent contract.
The Role
As part of the HR Business Partnering team, you will deliver outstanding HR advice and support across the Group in line with Norse Group’s core values.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide HR support and guidance during TUPE transfers and business change initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals, and eventually lead and manage small‑scale TUPE transfers and business change initiatives.
* Work closely with the HR Business Partnering team to support change‑management programmes, including developing consultation documents and supporting individual consultation meetings.
* Assist in the development, implementation, and review of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment law.
* Support managers and stakeholders by providing first‑line support for all Business Partnering matters.
* Support HR projects and initiatives such as wellbeing, EDIB and engagement.
* Analyse, interpret and validate data to identify trends, inform decision‑making and support the business, and compile reports.
Our Ideal Candidate
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to have discussions at all levels.
* Ability to form and maintain effective working relationships with all areas of the business.
* Either currently working towards a CIPD qualification, or willing to undertake this qualification.
* Understanding of HR functions and systems.
* Desirable to have previous experience working in a role within HR.
