*CAREER OPPORTUNITY*
We are seeking to employ a Senior Nursery Manager to support and guide a small group of Northampton based nurseries as they work towards successful Ofsted inspections. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident leader with strong Early Years expertise who is passionate about quality, professional development and consistent standards across multiple settings.
A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-level leadership, mentoring and guidance to junior managers across the group.
* Drive continuous quality improvement to ensure readiness for Ofsted.
* Support staff wellbeing, professional development and consistent practice across all sites.
* Oversee operational standards to ensure compliance, safety and high-quality Early Years provision.
* Be an active, hands-on presence in the nurseries, engaging confidently with children and staff.
Essential Requirements
* Level 3 Early Years qualification or above.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, direct and support staff teams.
* A positive, enthusiastic approach - someone who can remain upbeat and solution-focused.
* A willingness to participate in all areas of nursery life, including singing, dancing, creative play and story time.
* Reflective practice and commitment to personal growth.
* Professional, approachable communication style.
* Strong understanding of Early Years teaching, learning and best practice.
* Ability to maintain high standards across multiple settings.
