We are looking for experienced and like-minded members of staff who will work within this creative and dynamic environment, working in collaboration with professionals, family, management and Supported individuals to promote and deliver a high standard of tailored care and support. This will include supporting people to achieve their individual goals and maximise independence, choice, control and decision-making
The ideal post holder would have experience of; –
~ Working with, and the ability to support individuals who can challenge services
~ Responding to the emotional needs of individuals in a way that is positive and conducive to their wellbeing
~ Working in partnership with management, MDT’s and other professionals to develop and review individuals Positive Behaviour Support Plans
~ Contributing to, and following Positive Behaviour Support Plans and maintaining appropriate individual records
The successful post holder would engage in service specific training and development opportunities and would initially be required to work alongside external providers in order to gain an insight into the prospective individuals support needs.
