The corporate team advises a diverse client base, including entrepreneurial businesses, family-owned companies, private equity investors, and established corporates. The work is high-quality and varied, covering:
* M&A transactions
* Business sales and acquisitions
* Shareholder agreements, joint ventures, and investment work
* Corporate governance and general advisory matters
This role offers real influence: you will have the autonomy to grow your own practice while leveraging an existing client base, strong cross-referral networks, and the support of a progressive national leadership team. The Candidate
* Experienced Corporate Solicitor, with Partner experience or ready to step into partnership
* Strong presence in the Midlands corporate market and/or a following to bring
* Proven transactional expertise with excellent commercial and technical skills
* Collaborative leader capable of mentoring and inspiring junior colleagues
* Entrepreneurial, ambitious mindset with a desire to play a central role in regional growth
