Our award-winning mental health charity is seeking a enthusiastic assistant to support the Economic Crime Compliance (Financial Crime & Fraud) activities reporting directly to the Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO).

Qualifications Good understanding of Economic Crime compliance requirements (Anti-Money Laundering, Sanctions, Anti-Tax Evasion, Anti-Bribery & Corruption and Fraud), preferably within the charity sector. Ability to learn and interpret guidelines into defined processes. Ability to work as part of a team and manage multiple stakeholders. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. The role will support the Charity to comply with all relevant requirements related to Fraud, Anti-Money Laundering, Sanctions, Anti-Tax Evasion, and Anti-Bribery & Corruption. Key Responsibilities Support ongoing maintenance of Economic Crime policies and procedures. Review any escalations from other volunteers. Support screening of donors, suppliers, partners and other third parties. Conduct regular risk assessments and develop heat maps. Review transactions to detect suspicious activities. Stay updated on changes in Economic Crime regulations and best practices. Prepare Management Information for the trustees.
