Are you an experienced Sales Order Processor, highly organized, detail-oriented, and ready to step into a key role in a fast-paced, internal sales environment?
Altro is looking for a Sales Order Processor to join our Internal Sales Team based in our Customer Care Centre in Letchworth Garden City, Hertfordshire. These are full-time, permanent roles, with hybrid working (3 days onsite in Letchworth Garden City, Hertfordshire) after initial training.
Your main responsibility will be to oversee the ordering process for our Flooring and accessories products from start to finish.
You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and ensuring all sales orders are processed accurately and promptly. Attention to detail is crucial for recording customer requirements, managing complex export orders, and coordinating with various teams for smooth order fulfillment.

What we’re looking for:
This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills and a commitment to accuracy. You should be comfortable working with both UK and export markets, and capable of managing multiple orders simultaneously without compromising quality or accuracy.
A background in order processing or customer service is advantageous. Most importantly, you should excel at managing orders accurately, collaborating with different teams, and delivering excellent customer service.
