Person specification Qualifications Essential criteria You must be registered/accredited with a professional body. e.g. NMC, SW England, UKCP, HCPC, BACP You must have a recognised qualification. Recognised qualifications are: Registered Nursing: RMN/RSCN/RNMH Social Work (CQSW/DipSW) Doctorate in Clinical Psychology Occupational Therapy Relevant post graduate qualification or training in area relevant to service delivery Desirable criteria Qualifications in Psychological Therapies to Diploma or Masters level e.g. CBT / SFT/ IPT Mentorship course ENB998 or equivalent Leadership Qualification Experience Essential criteria Experience in assessment and therapeutic work with children and families across the age range with a full range of presenting problems and across settings including community, outpatient and clinic settings. Experience of exercising full clinical responsibility for clients' psychological care and treatment independently and within a multidisciplinary and multiagency context. Experience of consulting with health care and other professionals. Experience of teaching, training and/or professional and clinical supervision Substantial experience of delivering specialist skills in at least one therapeutic modality Extensive experience of case management, including experience of assessing and managing risk: including safeguarding Experience of staff management and evidence of managerial skills and knowledge Desirable criteria Experience of working with wider stakeholder groups i.e. Children's social care Evidence of project management experience Employer certification / accreditation badges
