Sometimes the focus for our programming will be to increase growth of our visitor numbers or commercial output, other times it will be more focussed on the connections we can make with our visitors and how engaged they feel.You’ll work in collaboration to grow existing partnerships and networks, and to build new ones locally which will help design and support delivery of activities as well as progress the work we have been doing to make sure the places we care for are accessible and welcoming to our varied audiences. Tasks you may find yourself doing in this role will vary from being out in the parkland putting out the next family trail, meeting with a local partner about a new workshop and setting meetings to plan Christmas and involve different teams. This is a hand-on role practical role including programming delivery as well as planning, and you will also be part of the Duty Management team. The portfolio includes Attingham Park, Sunnycroft, Town Walls Tower and Cronkhill. Salary: £28,500 per annumContract: Fixed term until 01.04.2027Hours: Full time (37.5 hours per week). You'll be required to work some out of hours and weekends. This can be discussed further at interview stage.Interview date: 11th June 2026This is a fixed term contract due to end when the postholder returns to the role.
