Job Description
We are particularly interested in speaking to individuals who are ready for progression into a Supervisory role (whether that be by previous experience in care or formal learning) and would be excited by the opportunity to move through the ranks in Health & Social Care.
Some weekend working to include on-call duties on a rota basis - typically 1 in 5 weekends.
Care Professional and Client support/supervisory role - with an emphasis on learning and development of Care Professionals.

Qualifications
Full driving licence/access to own vehicle is essential
Flexibility with an emphasis on exceptional quality of care.
Experience of providing a quality service.
Ability to coach and mentor Care Professionals.
Prior study and formal qualifications relating to Health & Social Care would be an advantage but not essential.
