Therapy Specialist Nurse – London & South Region
Are you an experienced Renal Nurse seeking a new challenge, or a dynamic Registered General Nurse interested in developing a career in industry?
We are looking for a talented and highly motivated individual to deliver exceptional training and education to our NHS customers across our therapy portfolio. If you are an RGN with significant clinical and operational experience within the NHS and a proven track record in planning, delivering, and assessing clinical training, we would love to speak with you.
Experience in Haemodialysis or Peritoneal Dialysis is advantageous, but full training will be provided. A formal teaching and assessing qualification is preferred but not essential for the right candidate.
This role is full-time, 37.5 hours per week, with variable hours between 8 am and 5 pm, Monday to Friday.
This is a field-based role requiring extensive travel within the London and South region.
What does the role involve?
You will:
* Support the development of new business and the protection of existing business through high-quality clinical training and education for end users of our products.
* Develop and deliver added-value clinical training to groups and individuals within the NHS, providing ongoing support to nursing and medical staff.
* Maintain awareness of competitor products, services, and activities.
* Build and maintain relationships with key customers as outlined in Territory Action Plans.
* Work closely with your Regional Business Manager to ensure all activities align with the Territory Action Plan and overall business strategy.
