4. Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 5pm & Friday 8:30am to 12:30pm (from home)

This role offers the opportunity to oversee key projects, streamline operations, and act as a central point of coordination within the company.
As an Executive Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:
6. Project Management to oversee key initiatives, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish
7. Office Management to maintain efficient daily operations, optimising processes and resources
8. Stakeholder Coordination to act as a trusted liaison between executives, teams, and external contacts
9. Ensure efficient information flow between the executives and teams.
10. General Support to provide administrative assistance and tackle ad-hoc projects as needed
Requirements:
11. Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role
12. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
13. Strong written and verbal communication skills
14. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant tools
15. A keen attention to detail and proactive approach

This is a full time permanent position based near Arundel, you will need your own vehicle due to the location. You’ll be working in the office Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 5pm & Friday 8:30am – 12:30pm from home. The salary is £35,000.
